This construction of this kind is complex, difficult to clean and change the materials, so it is not suitable for dealing too many kinds of plastics and low capacity production. It is suitable for producing on large scale.
- Die face cutting by Air cooling
No need water to cool, so the machine is without water separation and drying unit, simple construction, easy to clean and change material, mainly used in high viscosity, not easy sticky plastics. If you want to deal with plastic without containing water, this kind of extruder will meet your demand. To use this kind of extruder producing in small quantity will be better. - Strand cutting in Water
It is complex design and difficult to disassemble and clean. The extruded plastic strands cut before fully cooling, so the noise is lower and the powder is less. This kind extruder is suitable for low viscosity plastics and scale production.
